Option 1:

  • Drop them off inside the Wildcat Pride Bookstore during normal business hours.

Option 2:

  • DROP THEM OFF IN OUR RENTAL RETURN DROP BOX.  Located next to the bookstore receiving doors; to the left of Delchamps Hall. This is a contact free way for local students, or students passing through, to return their books to a secure location. Make sure your name is clearly visible on the back of each book. If it is not, please write it inside the front cover.

Option 3:

  • SHIP THEM BACK TO US - Follow the steps below:
    •  Step 1: LOCATE YOUR RENTALS:
      • On the back of all of our rental books, there is a sticker with the due date.
      • If you are unsure of the rentals you have out, send an email to bookstore@bishop.edu with your student ID number and full name and we will email you back with the books you rented.

    • Step 2: BOX THEM UP
      • Please make sure that all items are packaged securely to prevent any damage during the shipping process. Fill any empty spaces with clean filler.
        •  The Wildcat Pride Bookstore is not obligated to issue a refund for return shipments that are lost or damaged*.
      • Make sure to include as much information as possible so that we know who's return it is. Below is the information we can use to process your return:
        • Student ID Number (required)
        • Name (required)
        • Order number
        • Address
        • Email Address
        • Phone Number

    • Step 3: CREATE A LABEL
      • Wildcat Pride Bookstore encourages students to send their rented textbooks using a trackable shipping method, such as USPS Media Mail, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground.  Stop by your local branch and send your books back OR click the icons below to create shipping label online.
    • Step 4: SEND US YOUR TRACKING INFORMATION
      • CLICK HERE to submit your tracking information and check in your books.
